Decapitated Heads Again

Heres another sheet of heads I drew for design class I call this sheet "The Dream Team" because they all look somewhat young and "special" looking... I don't think i'm allowed use the R word. I like these guys because they all have names! so the gobbo at the top is called Tooney Pastour and the lovely gobbo beside him with the helmet on is his girlfriend Karat. Just below her is the Disturbed Armadillo Child ( As proclaimed by Tom Crook). to the left of his is my hood-rat Kurt and just below that is a young version of one of my own charcters Cleaver.

Lost your Head?

Okay for my recent design assignment I had to create some heads...it was kinda freaky I remember drawing a few of these heads getting lost in stories i've made up for them or trying to make the right facial expression especially Askerladden the (were) viking. That bugger made my lips bleed because I was trying to make exaggerated scowl-ish mouths, Grr!
The fellow in the middle that looks horribly cute y'know with the one with the tusks? Well he is the aftermath of a beautiful night Captain America had which entailed lots of drinking and having relations with a troll.

Well I could go over my other severed heads they do have their stories but...thats a story for another day.
In the meantime i'll post up my other heads and talk about their lives.

Life Drawing

This week i've decided to post one of my better life drawing poses. I was really happy with the way this one turned out, I got the lines to look more solid and not so loose and scribbly.

First Post, First Blog, First Year in Animation

Once upon a time there was a class held in a grand amphitheatre which held many students who all learn the practice and principles of animation from one spunky man: Paul West.
It was the dawn of new day ( A monday to be precise) and Paul was assigning us new tasks.
" You guys this semester need to start a blog!" he said.
and we did.

So here I am after making my first blog writing my first post during my first year in animation.
